What is heaven? What is hell? The short answer is that they are words. The context in which we place those words begins to determine more specifically what they mean. And boy does that vary. The Rorschach ink blot test is sometimes used as a way to reveal deep secrets or important information about the test taker’s personality or innermost thoughts. I think the way in which we each use the words “heaven” and “hell” can offer a similar personality evaluation. We each communicate what heaven or hell means to us by the way in which we use these words.
